Event Description

Come and hear the birds sing on Tiritiri Matangi Island Wildlife Sanctuary. Here, predators have been eradicated, leaving it safe for endangered birds and reptiles, including the flightless Takahe and the Tuatara. You can explore the tracks unguided, go on the beach, or you can join the 90 minute guided walk, for which a reasonable level of fitness is required.
